Villalba Sotomayor, mostly known as The Original (often shortened to OG) or E_01, is a recurring character in the upcoming webseries, The Omniverse. He was created by Evcazin.
He serves as a recurring character in the first part of The Cartoonversal Episodes, in the roles of a minor character (Chapter I), protagonist (Chapters II & IV) and overarching character (Chapter III), and serves as a major character of the second part.
He is the generational hero[Note 1] of the Cartoonverse's alternative version of Gen Alpha that managed to save the world with the help of his best friend Accurso before dying, afterwards reincarnating as a cosmic entity.

Backstory
Human lifetime
Childhood
Villalba Sotomayor was born on January 30th, 2012 in Brazil. Although, unbeknownst to everyone (even him), he was born as the next generation's hero; after all, an unsolved conflict was already planted. A decade before Villalba's birth, an ice age has struck the Earth, however this time much stronger due to the climate changes.
Villalba's childhood was actually normal for a kid; his family had good conditions, he had pretty good friends, like Accurso, all of that until he turned 11; where he discovered his father was the generational hero in the worst way possible, because of his death by the hands of Dhago due to the unsolved conflict. This made Enzo's family enter in an economic depression even after their dream came true, enraging the kid. He grown up studying science alongside mechanics, searching a way to stop the ice age.
Adulthood
When he reached adulthood, the first thing he got after getting a job was economize to make Accurso, his best friend who also shared the same goal as him, live in the same city as him, due to their country-wise distance. After the success of bringing Accurso to the US, they began working together in scientific subjects, starting the World Saving Organization (WSO) after two years of constant work.
The WSO, leaded by the duo, worked endlessly on the development of their new plan: The World Saving Air Conditioner, who could heat & refresh the entire world on plan. After years of planning, building & messing with machinery, they completed the one-time-use device and used it on the world; for the global surprise, it worked, ending the ice age by overheating then cooling down the world to the pre-ice age temperature. The WSO was cheered on by the world, Accurso and Villalba received inumerous awards for the organization's work; but it was too perfect to end.
In July 24th, 2044, an accident happened & destroyed the WSO's sede, inside it, Villalba, that died due to trauma. The destruction of the WSO and many employees' (including Villalba) death, Accurso disbanded the organization and protected the WSAC as his most precious creation in memory of the organization. However, Villalba's tale wouldn't end there; due to the revelation that in his childhood he received a trait from the Superiors themselves, that helped him reincarnate as a pseudo-superior.
Pseudo-superior lifetime
He woke up shocked from the accident, asking himself how he was alive. After a year, adapting to this new lifestyle, he discovered his powers and began to train them for months; upon mastering it, he began watching the Earth yet again, before discovering Dhago has woken up. Noticing Dhago was going to kill Accurso, he went after the godlike entity and engaged in a fight against it.
Upon discovering Dhago's trump card, a new type of energy he didn't know, so he began affecting it's sources trying to blockade the flow of the energy, which surprisingly worked effectively, weakening the entity. After more time fighting, Dhago was defeated by Villalba, who took his place and spared everyone of the deity's tyrannic rule. The death of Dhago & the discovery of the Superiors' terrible acts led Villalba to declare war to them, after creating the Evcazin with part of his essence, following his own philosophy that no world can live without him.
Appearance
In the base form, OG has a cartoony, slender human appearance, more specifically in the rubberhose style, due to the rules of the cartoonverse, including pie eyes and the use of the same clothes everyday. Talking about clothes, he wears a light violet long sleeve shirt with violet horizontal stripes, dark yellow overalls with darker yellow buttons and shorts with the same colors as the buttons.
His unused Ultima form, shows how OG would be if the Superior power overthroned his body & spirit. He is taller and has four monstrous legs, his arms are way more slender, his clothes are slightly ripped, his hands have sharp nails & long real human-like fingers and his head has horns & only one hyperrealistic eye surrounded by cosmic cracks in his face.

OG is nice, a little egocentric and overprotective. He follows his own philosophy that no world cannot live without him, the main reason he created the Evcazin, spreading his essence across entities of different worlds; this would soon become a necessity due to the superior power, which he wouldn't sustain if the Evcazin didn't exist. He isn't rude, although, looking after the ones he transformed into Evcazins and generally who asks him for help. He rules alongside the superiors, yet has a different way of thinking, normally acting alone and serving his usual role of leading the transmutated creatures. In science, he's one of the world's most known and most respected scientists due to saving the world using technology, serving as many's idol due to his genius-level intelligence. When any Evcazin is in extreme danger, he senses it and appears to save them, often bringing them to safety; the alingment of the endangered doesn't matter to him.
Powers & Abilities
Cartoonversal creature physiology: OG, for being born in the Cartoonverse, has the physical capacibilities of a creature born in it, obviously.
- Cartoon Physics: OG has the physical attributes of a cartoon character, just like the rest of cartoonversal inhabitants & the Evcazin.
- Shapeshifting: This attributes lets him shapeshift however he wants, like stretching his limbs supernaturally, but he prefers to stay in his normal/base form.
Pseudo-superior Power-set: OG is also half pseudo-superior, due to his reincarnation. This lets him access the powers of a pseudo-superior while having the physics of a cartoonversal creature.
- Hyperversal Energy Manipulation: OG can manipulate the strongest type of energy in a hyperversal level, and the third strongest in an omniversal level. This lets him access to nigh-omnipotent energy-based techniques inside the Omniverse.
- "Creation" Ray: The "creation" ray is a technique made by OG himself to spread his own essence in the Omniverse through a ray hyperversal energy. Those who enter in contact with this ray gain the EVCA Mutation, that gifts the lucky one OG's cartoon physics, his power & the status of being an Evcazin.
- Supernatural Condition: OG has superhuman strength, resistance, etc. But, his body doesn't show it due to being unable to change (appearence wise) because of Cartoonversal physical rules.
Superior Power: OG is a pseudo-superior, but he wields the power of a superior and wields their power-set, unlocking a nigh-omnipotent state in-media and an omnipotent state in-universe.
- Nigh-Omnipotence: OG, as well other superiors, can do anything inside the limits of the Omniverse. In the case of a crossover, he's weakened to an existence manipulator.
- Omniversal Energy Manipulation: OG can manipulate the strongest type of energy in the omniverse, the same one that inherits it's name. This lets him access omnipotent energy-based techniques inside the Omniverse.
Anti-superior energy manipulation: OG has a weakened type of anti-superior energy manipulation. He's capable of doing everything an anti-superior energy manipulator does, however it will be less-effective.
Weaknesses
Anti-superior energy: The main reason OG's manipulation of anti-superior energy is weakened is his superior-like state, which is the self-explanatory opposite to the energy. Although, unlike others, he is more resistant to this type of energy due to having the capacibility of manipulating it before turning into a superior.
Human Physical Weakness: OG is more resistant, but has the same weaknesses then humans; excluding the vulnerability to getting out of Earth.
Trivia
- OG was the second Evcazin to be canonized, succeeded by Hyper (Katas) and preceeded by V1. When the first version of the cartoonverse was created in 2023, they were included in the same canon.
- OG's one of the four Evcazin superpotences, along with Hyper, V1 and Jackbox.
- OG canonically uses glasses, but it's not necessary for him.
- Villalba was born in Gen Z, although still is the protagonist of Gen Alpha.

- β A generational hero is one person chosen by nature in the Cartoonverse responsible for fighting a conflict or generational villain in a certain generation. This title is commonly inherited in a bloodline, like the Sotomayor family.
