Delusion's Tide (Pantheon accolade)
Samedi is a recurring antagonist featured in Riftwalkers, acting as the second-in-command and confidant to Aeon. The most esoteric and magically-gifted among the Inquisitors, Samedi gives out information about the expanding world of magic and its practitioners. He is also skilled with his own Quickening.
A Jamaican wizard ostracized by his own town, then inhumanely treated by military personnel for his magical prowess, Samedi's growing disdain for non-magical beings has reached its peak by the time he was rescued by Aeon.
