Appearance[]
Milly is a limbless human girl with floating feet and hands, blue-green hair and blue bow. She wears a blue shirt and grey shoes. Her eyes are slightly bigger than Papry's, having a shine of light at the top of her eyes.
Personality[]
Like her friend Papry, she is very bubbly and friendly. She always assists Papry in her adventures and helps her when she is in need.
Powers/Abilities[]
Like Papry, Milly has access to a set of transformations called "Forms".

- Acid Form: Milly wears a green vest with a dark green jacket and a corrosion symbol on it. Her hair becomes acid.
- Amphibian Form: Milly wears a pink axolotl-themed suit.
- Angel Form: Milly wears a Cupid-based angel outfit.
- Balloon Form: Milly wears a yellow jester outfit, inspired by Ice Juggler Cookie.
- Bird Form: Milly wears a red bird-themed outfit.
- Blade Form: Milly wears a pink princess gown, inspired by Kouign-Amann Cookie.
- Bomb Form: Milly wears a pink suit with a heart icon on the helmet and an antenna with a pink ball at the tip, inspired by Pretty Bomber.
- Bug Form: Milly wears a beetle-themed outfit like Papry, but its dull purple rather than dull blue and it is based on the stag beetle rather than the rhinoceros beetle.
- Earth Form: Milly wears an outfit inspired by Terra. Her hair becomes brown.
- Dragon Form: Milly wears a dark pink armor inspired by Pitaya Dragon Cookie.
- Fairy Form: Milly wears a green fairy vest and her hair gets tied into a bun with a flower on it, inspired by Fairy Cookie.
- Fight Form: Milly wears a cheongsam and her hair gains double buns, inspired by Chun-Li.
- Fire Form: Milly wears an orange vest with a red crystal on it, a red and orange gown and red shoes. Her hair becomes orange and gains a flame-shaped ponytail. Her outfit is inspired by Flame Princess.
- Grass Form: Milly wears a green vest, a skirt made of leaves and dark green shoes. Her hair becomes leaves with a flower on top. Her outfit is inpired by Florisa.
- Ice Form: Milly wears an eskimo parka, inspired by the Ice Climbers, with a snowflake icon in it.
- Laser Form: Milly wears an outfit inspired by Zero Suit Samus.
- Lava Form: Milly wears an outfit similar to Lava Papry's, but redder than fuchsia.
- Light Form: Milly wears an outfit similar to Light Papry's, but it bears a resemblance more to Light Cream Cookie.
- Ninja Form: Milly wears an outfit inspired by Bio Spark.
- Paint Form: Milly wears an outfit inspired by Butter Pretzel Cookie.
- Magician Form: Milly wears a red magician outfit.
- Shadow Form: Milly wears an outfit inspired by Black Pearl Cookie.
- Shield Form: Milly wears a pink knight armor and yields a pink shield.
- Slime Form: Milly wears a green vest with various slime splotches on it. Her hair becomes slime.
