Keiko Lida, or Demeter, is a My Hero Academia fancharacter, created by Lunar heartstrings.
She's the daughter of Ibara Shiozaki and Tenya Lida/Ida, and her quirk allows her to manipulate plants, fruits, and vegetables. She's in class 1-A at UA, training to be a hero.

History[]
Keiko was born on April 15th, making her an Aries. When she was around the age of 5 and got closer to getting her quirk, her eyesight worsened and her hair got so badly damaged, it had to be cut to the length she still sports today.
Her elementary school life wasn't great and fellow students thought she was weird. They targeted very minor details, like her glasses, her height (she was 5'4"), and her choice to study/practice during recess.
Their treatment of her made her assume there was indeed something wrong with her, and at the age of 8, Keiko asked her parents if she could be homeschooled. She was until 7th grade, when she was sent back to public school again.
While middle school wasn't perfect, either, she finally made a friend, though he ended up developing a crush on her without her picking up on it.
At the age of 14, she was accepted into U.A. High School.
Personality[]
Keiko is cold, unfriendly, and prefers the company of her family, finding other people a bother to be around. Despite all this, she presents herself as respectful, responsible, and intelligent. Like her father, she is a stickler for the rules, and like her mother, highly religious.
She would've been the perfect future hero, if not for her concerning personality flaws. She has committed multiple serious homicides against villains half her size, and her religious upbringing left her with internalized transphobia and homophobia, despite her own gender dysphoria.
Additionally, she's a clinical narcissist and autophile, who enacts unhealthy coping mechanisms when her ideas or worth gets questioned by outsiders; like self-harming, painting the walls in her room, threatening homicide, and general anger outbursts.
She has quite a few disorders, like ASD (inherited), BPD, ADHD, bulimia, and possibly some paraphilias.
She also suffers from anxiety, which worsens her quirk-induced insomnia.
Appearance[]
Keiko is a 15 year old girl who's 6'5" tall and 135 pounds; with a similar build to Rhea Ripley. She has very dark-blue, half-long hair with two strands dyed green, green eyes, colorful braces, glasses like her father's, and her limbs are naturally colored green, so usually covered up with gloves and long-sleeved clothing.
Powers and abilities[]
Keiko's abilities are super-speed, super-strength, Chlorokinesis, and Dendrokinesis.
Her quirk, "Chlorophyll", makes her hyper-intelligent, whilst rotting her brain, while her regular abilities allow her to control fruits, vegetables, flowers, trees, and sometimes vines.
Whenever she uses her quirk, her eyesight gets worse and her super-speed in particular can cause her to become paralyzed. Whenever she falls asleep, her quirk involuntary gets activated, hindering her ability to rest. Since she goes immobile for half of the night, hindering her blood flow as well, she wears mobility aids to prevent this.

Trivia[]
- Keiko named herself after the goddess of harvest, because she has harvesting powers, obviously.
- Keiko used to use the hero name "Ingenium".
- Keiko appears unconcerned by the side effects of her quirk and abuses it often to make tea leaves, causing her to go limp 5 hours long every time.
