Kaen Apex, (アペックス 火炎 Apex Kaen, pronounced: "Cayenne") also known as Kai, is the protagonist of Corrupted World, created by EmbertheMegaWildfire.
He is a member of an exciting team which consists of Shun, Hoka, Riki, Arashi, Kokomi, and Ayane, who journey through various universes. These universes are not just random places; they are well-known and loved entertainment properties, particularly in the realm of anime. This means that the team can visit different worlds and stories that many people recognize from their favorite shows and movies.
Each of them brings unique skills and personalities to the group, allowing them to navigate the diverse challenges and adventures they encounter in these animated worlds. Together, they form a strong bond as they explore these vibrant and imaginative places, sharing experiences that deepen their friendships and strengthen their teamwork.
Appearance:
Kai is a twelve-year-old boy of Blasian heritage, meaning he has a mix of Black and Asian ancestry. He often dresses in a way that reflects his unique style and personality. Today, he is wearing a black hoodie that features a striking white skull design right in the center. This hoodie adds an edgy touch to his look. Below, he sports comfortable black sweatpants, which allow him to move freely while still looking cool. One of his most powerful techniques is known as the Victory Drill Shot, a name that highlights both its intensity and uniqueness. Fighting Moves:
- Fireball: Kai generates a large fireball in his hand, in a way similar to Naruto Uzumaki performing the Rasengan.
- Kore-Kill: A more stronger version of the fireball, but is released in the form of a laser.
- Quake: Kai turns one of his hands into a drill and penetrates it into the ground, causes a medium level tremor.
- Vortex Smash: Kai takes out a huge spiked red, black, orange, and yellow hammer. He jumps up into the air and smashes his opponent into the ground with 56 tons of force.
- Victory Burst: This move is equipped with everyone on Kai's team. In a powerful display, they charge toward their foe at 190 mph, knocking them to the ground.
- Electroshock: Kai smashes his fist into the ground, releasing a bolt of electricity to stun his opponent.
- Boulder Throw: This is self-explanatory.
- Flame Strike: Similar to the Kore-Kill, but instead of releasing the attack as a laser, he concentrates it in his first and punches his opponent.
- Dozer-Shield: Kai summons 2 red, yellow, and black bulldozer shovels (or blades) made from 4 layers of tungsten and uses them as shields.
- Earthking: (Ground King in Engish dub) This is a transformation that Riki and Kai have. They fuse with the ground/rock around them, enhancing their strength and speed. (somehow.)
- Wing Thruster: This move is equipped with Kai, Riki, Arashi and Kokomi. They leap into the air, sprouting wings from their backs and spin towards their opponent.
- Super/Super Saiyan: When becoming extremely angry or comes in contact with the Master Emerald, Kai's hair gets longer and more spiky. He uses this form to take down an overpowered Death Egg Robot.
- Victory Drill Shot: Kai's hands transform into drills that tap into a planet's core energy, unleashing immense force upon release.

- Kai was originally meant to have a loner who did not care for anyone or anything around him. The plot was changed because it was thought to be too dumb and cliche.

- All members of his team are based off of real people, in this case Kai is based off of me and a YouTuber.
