Hisui Ukitake is a Bleach fancharacter and a young woman obsessed with finding Grand Fisher, created by Hisui Ukitake.
She usually binds her hair in a blue ribbon given to her by mother. She adores the ribbon and uses her father's old zanpakuto, Sōgyo no Kotowari. She hates Aizen with a passion, making sure to make anyone who serves him miserable.
Her tone around everyone is usually happy, until she removes her ribbon.
