The clay statue of "Hey, That Cathy".
"Hey, That Cathy" is a poem about a mentally handicapped cat who talks about not being able to find a family that'll accept her looks or behaviour.
The poem was written by VampireMeerkat in Dutch, and originally titled "Ha, Die Katja". The greeting is considered the cat's name and was meant to parody Hello Kitty.
The poem is grammatically incorrect on purpose and a silly-looking clay interpretation of the character accompanied it. They were gifts to one of the artist's siblings for the Dutch holiday "Sinterklaas" (December 5, 2012), who liked Hello Kitty at the time.
It was eventually uploaded at a Dutch poem website on May 5, 2013, but the character was never put to use.

"Ha, Die Katja" is mijn naam.
Ik kom van zeer erg ver vandaan.
Mijn familie kunt mij niet meer aan.
Daarom hebbe zij me weg gedaan.Zij dachten ik niet slim te zijn,
door mijn spreken en brein zo klein.
Maar ik weten alles, meer dan jij,
misschien.
