“

Charlotte was brought to life by the accidental combination of a cursed gem and some magic potions. She spent the following years learning witchcraft from the wizard that gave her life until his last breath... Now, Charlotte performs at The Bizarre Circus, with plenty help from Charlie, who sees her as an older sister.

Backstory

Once upon a time, two miners accidentally blew up a mine and found a curious cavern with purple gems under Starr Park, imbued with cursed magic. Their discovery grabbed the attention of Alexander the wizard, who began studying these stones.
He took one back to his laboratory and placed it on a shelf, next to a few potions, under a table that held a little wooden marionette. When he accidentally bumped against the shelf during work, the stored gem and potions crashed down onto the puppet, bringing her to life!

Upon her awakening, Alexander frightened her and she tried to run away. Fireworks kept shooting out of her fingers as she did so, breaking a window and allowing for her escape. She happened to turn into a fire fly and flew away as far as she could, leaving Alexander searching for hours.
The puppet ended up getting lost, though had found herself amongst people. Her firework ability still couldn't be controlled and she destroyed a park as she crossed it, grabbing the attention of the authorities. A security guard, named Larry, was sent to catch her and eventually managed to do so after plenty of running around. She was handcuffed, whereafter Larry had to go to The Hub for different business.

Larry eventually revealed to his arrestee that the exposed gem cave had given life to other inanimate objects as well and he had to investigate these anomalies. But as the police still hadn't arrived to collect her and knowing he couldn't leave her alone at The Hub, he decided to take her along. She proved surprisingly helpful and Larry's work was made easier with her around, until finally, the police and her creator showed up.

Now more accustomed to her surroundings, the puppet remained calm in his presence and agreed to go home. Alexander settled on the name "Charlotte", finding it pretty and befitting of her. It soon became clear Charlotte's powers were linked to her emotions; and fear or uncontrollable panic sent her firework ability into overdrive. He taught her witchcraft and how to calm her thoughts and feelings.

As Alexander grew older, but was also sick, he knew Charlotte needed a new caretaker to watch over her and keep her company. He sought out Charlie, a woman he had been acquainted with long before Charlotte's creation, who agreed to take her under her wing. Charlotte was left impressed by Charlie and The Bizarre Circus, and dreamt of becoming a performer ever since her first visit. A year later, she was hired, though still expected to continue her training with Alexander.

She met a depressed jester who ended up becoming her best friend, and reunited with Larry, giving her a perfect start to what was going to be an eventful life.

Personality

Charlotte social, energetic, and a natural entertainer. She enjoys interacting with a variety of people and gains energy from positive stimulation, whether it be from people, events, or the excitement that new experiences bring.

She prioritizes logic over emotions and likes to theorize, though it tend to make her blind for facts that are staring her in the face. While she has a strong desire to learn and explore new ideas, she's skeptical and often questions existing ones.

Appearance

Charlotte is a wooden puppet with dark eyes, slight tan tone of her wooden-made body, a tooth gap, and short, thick, dandelion-yellow hair with slightly darker roots and tips. She wears a red star hairclip, red eyeliner, and has a consistent patch of rosy blush sitting under her eyes and over the bridge of her nose. She wears a very dark-red bodysuit with a more formal costume over it, decorated with yellow lining. Her vest has a little dark-red belt and two light-grayish/liliac shaded "X"-es sewn to the back, the shirt collar being sewn wide, and she wears similarly colored boots with the same marks. Her pants are held up by a belt that has some kind of metal object attached to it. She wears a red tie with a yellow tip and an X on it, and two grayish-blue clips attached to the bottom left side. Under her vest, Charlotte wears a large light-grayish/liliac shirt with frills, and around her upper arms are small, dark-red belts. Her white gloves have red palms and two sewn-on X marks on the wrists. She has the appearance of a 20-year-old, is 5'6" (168 cm) tall, and weighs 119 pounds (54 kg).

When she was still a lifeless marionette with strings (her CCTV skin), she had knee-length hair, a blue hair bow tied to the back, being attached a big blue ribbon behind her back and wore a white dress with a blue bow around her waist.

In her Midnight skin, half of Charlotte’s hair is tied up in a ponytail with a hairclip featuring black and dark red bat wings, while the rest flows down with bangs that slightly reveal her forehead. She also has visible fangs. If you look closely, she wears red eyeliner around her eyes. Her outfit consists of a white shirt similar in shape to her default design but with a few changes: the belts around her arms are black, with tiny yellow buttons at her wrists. Over this, she wears a dark red coat with six gold buttons and a black belt adorned with two gold metallic ornaments at the edges. She also wears black gloves and boots. Around her neck, she has a black scarf with a small red gemstone attached to the collar.

Her Toy Designer skin, Charlotte's hair is tied up in a messy bun, held together by a pencil and a brush, with a red hairclip on one of her bangs. She has a few paint stains on her face, fingers, and shorts. She wears a light short-sleeved shirt with gray buttons, a dark vest, and gray-brownish shorts with a pencil, a brush, and a tiny Chester doll tucked into the pocket. She also wears black boots and jeans.

In her Wicked Charm skin, Charlotte wears a witch-themed Halloween costume with a black and orange color palette. She dons a black witch hat that gradually turns brownish at the top, decorated with a black bow and an orange gummy bear head. The inside of the hat features a dark orange ornament, and a large orange ribbon is attached to the back. She wears long black gloves and mismatched stockings with orange patterns—one featuring diamond shapes and the other with vertical lines—both adorned with puffy blonde edges. Her black-and-orange dress has a tattered hem that fades into brown, with orange-yellow shades on the inside. Over this, she wears a short black cape with orange trim, draping over her shoulders and the back of her neck, fastened by an orange bow. Her hair is styled in pigtails, tied with two black ribbons, and features lighter brown shades and highlights. Her eyeliner is shaped like bat wings and is colored orange.

Her Scarlett Rose skin is wearing an elegant red and dark violet ensemble, having a red eyeliner marked around her eyes. She has a corset-style top with a neckline with white peals and a red gemstone, puffed sleeves, and layered skirts featuring lace and fishnet details. She wears around with her decorative mask with feather-like accents accompanies the look, and her outfit is accessorized with a dark violet choker. Her hair is styled with a rose ornament on an dark violet headband.

In her Demon skin, she adopts a fiery, villainous look with striking red skin and yellow, glowing eyes. Her hair is light purple, styled with horns, and adorned with small golden accents. Relationships

Charlie Charlie is a canon character from Brawl Stars. She was an old friend of Alexander's, who introduced Charlotte to her with the intention to have the two establish a relationship, so Charlie could take over the role of caretaker. Charlotte treats her like an older sister; always looking up to her, attempting to copy her moves or speech mannerisms, even now they're fellow colleagues at The Bizarre Circus. Larry Larry is a canon character from Brawl Stars. His initial meeting with Charlotte wasn't positive; as he was tasked to apprehend her for destroying a park. They bonded during her arrest, and one year later, reunited at The Bizarre Circus. Charlotte had feelings for him for a while, which he ended up returning. The two shared their first kiss on a rainy day during break and officially started dating from that moment on. But, few times, Larry gets concerned about her safety. Most of Charlotte's performances are her risking her own safety just to do dangerous magical tricks. Darcy Darcy is a character created by fizziii_5. Darcy is postwoman at The Starr Park's Post Office. Both met around the time both got their jobs. Darcy is "traveling" more around the park, sending mails to everyone around every day! Mostly she sends love letters. Charlotte asks her to send the love letters she writes for Larry, when they are working. Lawrie Lawrie is a canon character from Brawl Stars. Lawrie is Larry's twin brother. Lawrie is more a hot-head thought guy, while his twin is more nicer and more extraverted. Lawrie knows his twin has aromantic relationship with Charlotte and he has no problem about it, but this two like to annoy him by being corny with each other, just to piss him off. But, Lawrie and Charlotte get along pretty well. Juju Juju is a canon character from Brawl Stars. Juju is the owner of The Oddities Shop, also Charlie's best friend. The Oddities Shop is a shop from The Starr Park, which Juju sells creepy and voodoish stuff. The first time she met Charlie's younger adoptive sister, she found her adorable. As a small gift from her, Charlotte gets a magic tiny bag with a creature-looking appearance, which she could carry the most over-sized and heaviest objects in it, without any problem. Melodie Melodie is a canon character from Brawl Stars. Melodie is the most popular popstar of The Park. She met with Charlotte in a collaboration show planned by The Park, among with Yuna, Nayoun and Harmonie, before Melodie leaving the group after a drama between them and going in a solo career. She can be a meanie sometimes, but they don't argue like every day. But, Charlotte is friend with Janet, but she knows this two are nemesis for popularity, like her with Poppy. Bibi Bibi is a canon character from Brawl Stars. Bibi references herself as a 'punk rock chick', even though she hides her nerdy side. She is a social floater who will talk to anyone. Bibi and Charlotte are close friends. Bibi is also a baseball star in The Starr Park. Janet Janet is a canon character from Brawl Stars. Both are pretty energetic and love to express their selfs by performing. They are really close friends and chat a lot. Charlotte thinks her uncle, Stu, is a really cool and a funny guy and her little sister, Bonnie, a cutie, but she can get pretty annoying. Janet can't do anything to stop getting so much hate from Melodie. Tara Tara is a canon character from Brawl Stars. Tara is another friend of Charlie's. She likes to play with Tara with her tarot cards and talking about bizarre and magical subjects. When this two want to talk with each other, Charlotte always uses a Mind Reading spell, so she can understand what she's talking about. Chester Chester is a canon character from Brawl Stars A jester that works in a candy shop and loves to annoy and prank everyone and a witch circus performer, seem to have an on-and-off friendship. From random arguments to be besties is pretty odd, but, this two are odd. You have nothing to do to change their personalities. Sometimes, Chester wished he could use her spells to use in his pranks. Atlas Atlas is a character created by practicalproblemss. Atlas and Charlotte met in a dream. Atlas powers are by manipulating dreams and stars, so it makes sense how they met. Both love using magic, but Atlas is more focused on using it to learn about the space, while Charlotte to be reckless with it and using it on her shows. Atlas is way more calmer than Charlotte. Yuna Yuna is a character created by yunaofficial_5. They know each other from a show collaboration planned by The Park a while ago. Yuna is the guitarist of The Karaoke Team and also Draco's girlfriend. She is a bit more sassy and have a temper. Well, they get along pretty much, but she doesn't like that she is a good friend with The Hub Team, which Neimi is in this team. This two had an argument a short while ago and can't stand each other anymore. Nayoun Nayoun is a character created by nayoun_58. They also know each other at that collaboration show. Nayoun is a kind and sweet flute player. Between this two is a nice and healthy mutual connection, but, they wish they could interact more between each other. Jayden Jayden is a character created by c0lg4te. Jayden is one of Darcy's teamates and friends, also, he has a soft spot for Draco in his heart. He has a bit of sass and charm, which it makes him a funny guy to chat with. They also have a nice mutual connection, but they don't talk that much. Ruby Ruby is a character created by cyb3rc0bra. Ruby changed her whole biological information so she can leave her past and to start a new life. She heard about The Bizarre Circus and she seem to be a good friend with the team. She doesn't want to talk about her past at all... She is a calm and a warm-hearted person, trying to be a better version of herself. Neimi Neimi is a character created by trio..eustril_. Neimi works at the Starr Park Hub, alongside the twins and R-T. She can be pretty strict and cold toward others, but with her co-workers, she softens up. Neimi found out that Larry started dating Charlotte a while ago. Over time, Neimi grew closer to Charlotte. At first, she thought Charlotte was a bit immature and too energetic, but that's just her nature. Poppy Poppy is a character created by bev.png. She's Charlotte's "nemesis" and an old Starr Toon celebrity who lost relevancy over time. With people showing more interest in The Bizarre Circus than her, she blames their newest addition, Charlotte, for her continuous downfall.

Alexander Wilson Alexander was the original caretaker of Charlotte. He died of magic-induced heart complications. He was a wizard who studied paranormal activities in Starr Park. Upon taking home the cursed gem that ended up granting Charlotte life, his health started getting worse; as the object radically alters the biological make-up of whatever creature or thing touches it. After Charlotte's awakening and brief escape, he spent the following years training her how to control her supernatural abilities. Before his death, Charlotte promised him she'd use her powers for entertainment only and not to cause harm. Alyva Alyva is a character created by mandy.plushie. She's Charlotte's best friend and a jester at The Bizarre Circus. She used to be a bright-eyed rookie, until the work proved too hard and tedious for her. Alyva is a gloomy character, but one of the few people who treats Charlotte with kindness and patience, which was what drew Charlotte to her. R-T R-T is a canon character from Brawl Stars. R-T is the oldest, but the most young-looking member of The Starr Park Hub team. He was designed to be a helpful information kiosk, but he's also been given the task of monitoring all activity within Starr Park. For safety reasons, of course. As he is monitoring everything around, he is the first one knowing about Charlotte's awaking and trainings (except Alexander) to become a performer with magic powers, because he recorded each audio and movement, being kept in the CCTV footage. The same thing with Lawrie, they get along pretty well, but they don't meet that much, because R-T is daily busy to record every movement and audio around The Park. Lola Lola is a canon character from Brawl Stars. Lola is another friend of Charlie's. She is the "Starr" of The Starr Park. Her massive ego makes her so arrogant, but iconic. As she is pretty mean to everyone, she treats Charlotte like she "understands her emotions". Also Lola admires her sparkling skills and Charlotte admires the movies she played in, also the ones her husband, Gray, played in. Colette Colette is a canon character from Brawl Stars. At first, when Charlotte got popular, Colette became to be obsessed over her. But from stalking, fantasies and pushing aways, they seem to get more comfortable. Colette has a bit of temper when Charlotte gets to be a bit arrogant. Amber Amber is a canon character from Brawl Stars. Amber heard about Charlotte's sparkling performances and she finds them dangerous, but really pretty. Also, Charlotte finds her awesome. She also loves her shows, as how she can play with fire, even though she tries do not burn down the place. Between each other, they find their teamates pretty talented and cool. Emz Emz is a canon character from Brawl Stars. Charlotte found one of her socials, promoting her hair spray, "Zom-bie", but, as she looked at her other posts, she found her pretty cool and having a good taste with fashion and looks. Emz heard about her shows and she actually likes the way she is doing those reckless tricks. Rico Rico is a canon character from Brawl Stars. This two hate each other. When Charlotte was just got into life and couldn't control her powers, she accidentally hit Rico and he attacked back, both getting mad at each other. The same thing happened with Brock and 8-Bit, but now her relationship with them is neutral, but with Rico is still a hate one. Jacky and Dynamike Jacky & Dynamike are some canon characters from Brawl Stars. They are the miners that found the cursed purple gems that bring The Fall of The Starr Park. After the whole mayhem ended Charlotte find out about that they caused this. But, Charlotte was about to get blew up by Dynamike, which she also hates him. Mateo Mateo is a character created by pepperedcupcakez. Mateo is a phone operator in The Hub's team. He knows about Charlotte because of one of the reports she was in when The Park was falling because of the mayhem with the gems. Mateo admires her, but as he is more sensitive and shyer, he kinda pulls away from her. Sakana Sakana is a character created by silly._.rat49. Sakana is a half human, half shark creature, found by some scientists who initially wished to check out a large crystal found at the bottom of the ocean. As they approached it, the crystal shaped itself into Sakana and attempted to protect herself from them. It proved not to matter and Sakana was taken to be studied. The crystal stuck on her head intrigued them, as it was the element that held her ability to transform. Her capture and the experimentations were kept secret for a while, until she finally escaped the facility and hid herself from them. She got lost in The Park, and with the guards blocking her way, The Bizarre Circus was the only place for her to flee to. When she entered the tent, the circus crew was in the middle of a show. Hiding in the shadows, she watched a good chunk and adored every second of it. As the show ended and everyone left, Charlotte found her and kept her safe ever since. Eventually, Sakana decided to join The Swamp of Love's team and start a new life with them. Nowadays, she and Charlotte rarely meet up, as they are busy with their respective lives. Victor Victor is a character created by gendarasza2. Victor met Charlotte when she went to search something in his swamp for a spell. As soon she reached at that swamp, Victor popped out of nowhere and he was close to be blew up with her fireworks because he scared her. After getting what she needed, she met around The Park, Victor. Both seem to have a chill relationship, but Victor gets a bit cheesy around her few times, but she would push away if he exaggerates with it. Ayano Ayano is a character created by breathe_ayan0. Ayano is Charlie's stepdaughter, adopted by her at a very young age. She became part of the family around the same time Charlotte joined the circus team. If Charlotte is like a younger sister to Charlie, then she is like an aunt to Ayano. Ayano may be a little crazy, but she can also be a sweetheart. Chase Chase is a character created by practicalproblemss. Chase is Charlie's biological older sibling who sold their soul to gain magical powers. The Bizarre Circus is a family business that joined Starr Park's team years ago. Chase began using their new powers in the circus shows. When they found out that Charlie brought home a new family member, Charlotte, they were a bit annoyed with her because the two are quite different from each other. However, they gained a new sister, so they just have to deal with another headache. Harmonie Harmonie is a character created by myharmoniee. Harmonie is the vocalist of The Pop Trio, along with Yuna and Nayoun. She uses her techno blades during concerts to impress everyone. She and Charlotte also share a nice mutual connection.
