Characters

• Chouko Kanro (甘露(かんろ) 蝶子(ちょうこ), Kanro Chōko)

A dreamy high school girl with an endless admiration for good-looking guys, either real or fictional. She is good at history and sports, and her hobbies are reading manga. However, she is not good at reading moods and has a hard time catching up with metaphors or wordplays. Her most favorite food is udon, and she is also a regular of a local udon cart in town.

• Raito Hakuba (白馬(はくば) 来兎(らいと), Hakuba Raito)

A hard-working young man who currently lives by himself. While his appearance and attitude might seem icy and unapproachable, he is a kind-hearted person. His cooking is noted to be exceptional, and he also works part-time in a sweetshop, which is owned by one of his acquaintance’s family.

• Wakana Kawamidori (川緑(かわみどり) 和奏(わかな), Kawamidori Wakana)

Under her veneer of etiquette and ladylike politeness is someone who loves getting under people's skin. Still, she is also a good friend to have their backs if they are having troubles. While good at tailoring and literature, her cooking is another story.

• Sunao Kuroishi (黒石(くろいし) 忠(すなお), Kuroishi Sunao)

The "Prince of the school" who is admired by both boys and girls alike, and has the appearance and demeanor befitting the title. However, he prefers spending time by himself by reading and listening to music. He is also a sweet tooth and does not like black coffee.

• Mariana Kobeni (小紅(こべに) 鞠亜奈(マリアナ), Kobeni Mariana)

A girl with a love for lolita fashion and stuffed animals. Her motto is "Cuteness overload!" (キュンキュン死(し)！, Kyun-kyun shi!) , and she has an aspiration to become a fashion designer. While she can be whiny and pesky at times, she is a kind and loyal person at heart.

• Natsuyuki Shiorimi (栞見(しおりみ) 夏雪(なつゆき), Shiorimi Natsuyuki)

His family owns a long-established sweet shop, thus he knows everything about the subject and is confident about it. Has top marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry, yet he is a wreck when it comes to literature. Has been friends with Mariana since childhood.

The main setting of the series. An old-established co-educational school located in the city’s outskirts, with various classes, clubs and extracurricular activities.
