Arthur has spiky red hair, and large eyes with vertical pupils. His eyes are both red. But when he is fully a vampire, his right eye is still red, and his left eye turned to orange. He sometimes uses glasses for his disguise.

As a human, Arthur is a calm and collected individual. didn't talk much. However, when he is close to someone, he is quiet friendly person. His attitude depends on someone's attitude too, if someone is annoying he wouldn't hesitate to suck that someone's blood. But it only applies for a girl, for a boy, he will give him a glare which means, ''"Could you please shut up?"''

As a vampire, he is cold, cruel, and bloodthirsty. He likes to drink human's blood, especially a girl and children's blood.

About five hundred years ago, vampire kingdoms are battling each other to expand territory. At that time, the most well known vampire kingdom in France was 'Arsenault Kingdom'. One day, a vampire kingdom from German come to France and invade Arsenault Kingdom. When they invade Arsenault Kingdom, the king; Ace Arsenault was sick at that time. Moreover, that vampire kingdom from German brought so many troops. And thus, many people died and Arsenault Kingdom's territories were controlled by Adler Kingdom which is the vampire kingdom from German.

Arthur Kiyoshi Arsenault; the prince of Arsenault Kingdom was saved because he was in Japan at that time with his uncle and aunt. Knowing that his kingdom had been controlled, he decided to stay in Kyoto, Japan together with his uncle and aunt. His uncle and aunt didn't have children, so they gladly adopt Arthur as their son.

Since the late 20th century, Arthur lived in a big mansion with his servants and driver. Instead of living with Arthur, his uncle and aunt chose to live in an apartment near Arthur's mansion.
