Early Life[]

Karen Sinclair was born on January 1st, 1992. At 10 years old, she won the 100 dollar prize at a local talent show, with which she bought a simple guitar, then handed over the rest to The Humane Society.

Her grandparents gave her guitar lessons, but besides pursuing musical hobbies, she also learned to code over the years.

Career[]

Internet Archtypes Club (2007-2010)[]

In the webseries, Internet Archtypes Club, Karen focusses on setting up a YouTube page.

Under the alias "Lolo", she uploaded her first video on June 12, 2007, called "Mean Girl Maya", featuring one of her alter egos, "Maya The Meanie". Her second video was a freestyle meme rap called "The Ketchup Song" on July 5, 2007.

She did not get many views back then, however, a lot of her friends commented on her uploads. She kept creating characters for her videos, which sparked interests, and many viewers felt nostalgic over her use of classic memes. On December 5, 2007, her channel became a success.

In 2008, Karen created her first EP, called "Memelord Paradise". After its release, fans on MySpace suggested her to audition for that year's American Idol.
She accepted the request, and during her run sang Halo, Teardrops On My Guitar, Never Gonna Give You Up, All I Want For Christmas Is You, Bye Bye Bye, So What, and an original song called "Complainin'".

She almost won, but lost to Arsene Martino in the last round.

Pro Gamer Move (2011-2013)[]

Karen took a break from her music career and started a gaming series, titled "Pro Gamer Move." Her first game was Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc. Her Danganronpa series was one of her iconic moments when her fame started. Karen did many livestreams and a lot of interviews during that time, and also her first Youtube collaboration with "Stampylongnose".

Bubbles (2014-2016)[]

Karen went back to music under the name "Akera", which is her own name, but with the letters mixed up. She released her debut album, "Bubbles", in 2014. She toured around Canada, Europe, Mexico and the U.S.A. Akera also uploaded some roleplay videos on Youtube, and a very well known series called "Akera's street", which was a Minecraft series. Karen also recorded Roblox, Skyrim and [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persona_5 Persona 5] Let's Plays during this time. Karen says this was her peak in her career.
